- Fill in the form with the following details:
- Workflow Selection: Choose a pre-made workflow from the dropdown list.
- Arabic and English Title: Provide a clear and descriptive title.
- Impact: Specify the impact of the request.
- Priority: Set the priority level (e.g., High, Medium, Low).
- Start Date and End Date: Define the timeline for the request.
- Reason for the Request: Explain the purpose and necessity of the request.
- Additional Comments: Add any relevant notes or context.
- Attachments: Upload supporting documents or evidence if needed.
- Click Save to submit the request.
- Fill in the form with the following details:
- Click New on the right side of the page.
