    1. From the left menu, click on Workflow.
    1. Select Requests from the submenu.
    1. A table will appear, listing all workflow requests related to general requests or specific modules like document approval, risk, and more.
  2. Overview of the Workflow Requests Page
    1. Request Table:
      1. Displays all recorded requests with titles, priorities, and statuses.
      1. Includes action buttons for managing requests:
        1. Edit: Modify request details.
        1. View: Review request information.
        1. Delete: Remove a request permanently.
    1. New Request Button:
      1. Located on the right side of the page.
      1. Initiates the process for creating a new request.
  3. Adding a New Request
    1. Click New on the right side of the page.
      1. Fill in the form with the following details:
        1. Workflow Selection: Choose a pre-made workflow from the dropdown list.
        1. Arabic and English Title: Provide a clear and descriptive title.
        1. Impact: Specify the impact of the request.
        1. Priority: Set the priority level (e.g., High, Medium, Low).
        1. Start Date and End Date: Define the timeline for the request.
        1. Reason for the Request: Explain the purpose and necessity of the request.
        1. Additional Comments: Add any relevant notes or context.
        1. Attachments: Upload supporting documents or evidence if needed.
      1. Click Save to submit the request.
  4. Managing Workflow Requests
    1. Viewing Requests:
      1. Access detailed information about each request, including attachments and progress.
    1. Editing Requests:
      1. Update titles, dates, reasons, or other details as required.
    1. Deleting Requests:
      1. Permanently remove unnecessary or incorrect requests.
