- Accessing the Import Data Module
- From the menu, click on Settings.
- Select Import Data from the submenu.
- Creating a New Import Template
- Click on Add New.
- Fill out the form with the following details:
- Table Selection: Choose the table where the data will be imported.
- Title: Write a clear and descriptive title for this import template.
- Activate Status: Ensure the status of the template is active.
- Once the table is selected, you will see its fields.
- Select the columns you need for the import.
- Click Save to finalize the template.
- Fill out the form with the following details:
- Click on Add New.
- Uploading Data Using the Template
- Return to the Import Data page.
- Click on Template Upload and select the template you created or an existing template.
- In the middle of the page, you will see an option to Download the selected template.
- Download the file and fill in the required columns with the data.
- Click Browse on the right side to upload the filled template file.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Return to the Import Data page.
- Validating and Importing Data
- The platform will check all the columns in the template.
- Ensure all fields match the required data structure.

- Click Next to continue.
- Review the data displayed and scroll down to click Import.
- Once the data is imported successfully, click Finish.
