- View a list of all previously created campaigns.
2. Overview of the Awareness Page
- Awareness Campaign List:
- Displays details like titles, descriptions, and status.
- Actions Panel:
- Edit Icon: Update campaign details.
- Delete Icon: Remove campaigns no longer needed.
3. Adding a New Awareness Campaign
- Click New on the right side of the page.
- Fill out the campaign details:
- Title: Provide a concise campaign name.
- Description: Explain the purpose or content of the campaign.
- Assign Type: Specify recipients (e.g., specific employees, departments, or the entire organization).
- Date and Time: Schedule the email for timely delivery.
- Email Body Content: Add:
- Image: Upload for visual appeal.
- File Attachment: Attach policies, guides, or additional resources.
- Click Save to finalize the campaign.
4. Managing Existing Campaigns
- Editing Campaigns:
- Update titles, descriptions, recipients, or email content.
- Modify scheduled delivery dates and times.
- Deleting Campaigns:
- Remove campaigns permanently once they are no longer relevant.
