- Click on Add New.
- Fill out the form:

- Title: Provide a descriptive name.
- Owner: Assign an owner responsible for the asset.
- Technical Operator: Identify the operator responsible for maintenance.
- Model and Version: Enter specifications like model number and version.
- Operating System: Specify the OS if applicable.
- Serial Number: Record the unique identifier.
- IP Address and NAT Information: Enter connectivity details.
- Internet Connectivity: Indicate whether the asset is connected to the Internet.
- Backup Information: Log backup schedules.
- License Information: Record license start and end dates.
- Image Upload: Add a visual reference for the asset.
- Sensitivity and Confidentiality: Indicate the sensitivity level of the asset.
- Click Save to add the asset to the registry.
